GRADUATE STUDY IN THE AREA OF NANO MATERIALS, DEVICES, AND CIRCUITS (NMDC)
One of the four graduate study areas at the Department of Electrical Engineering is NANO MATERIALS, DEVICES, AND CIRCUITS (NMDC).
The graduate students who would like to carry out research work in this area are expected to take the courses listed below.
It is particularly important to take the CORE area courses EE201-EE202-EE203 offered in a sequence in Fall-Winter-Spring quarters.
These and additional courses in the NMDC area are designed to provide graduate students with knowledge of semiconductor
materials and electronic devices and prepare them for a job in electronic and semiconductor industry, research laboratories
