Feasibility Study of Quantum Dot-Based Quantum Logic Gates

The advent of a quantum computer concept has given birth to a great deal of new research. The main research tasks for these projects are (i) study of the processes of decoherence in these systems; (ii) calculation of parameters of the structures required for performing logic functions; (iii) selection of material system suitable for fabricating the gates.
